Character Coaches need to have a heart to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus! i.e. handing out waters, setting up equipment, filming practice, taking athlete temperatures, etc.
Speak the language of sport!
Character Coaches need to understand and speak the language of sport. This is crucial for developing relationships and rapport with an athletic team!

Register for and complete our Character Coach Training Course.
2.
During the course: Fill out the Ministry Leader Application & sign the Character Coach Agreement.
3.
After the course: Sit down with your local FCA Staff Member to discuss team placement/next steps.

Start developing relationships with and serving a specific team as a
Character Coach!
